She was married to Jose D. Sanchez on September 6, 1952. Aurora was a loving wife and mother and was completely devoted to her loving husband and children.She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Jose D. Sanchez. She is survived by George (Sandra) Sanchez, Javier (Cindy) Sanchez, Samuel (Gracie) Sanchez, Kionel (Lucy) Sanchez, Nereida (Arnold) Tanguma, Sergio (Christina), Sanchez, Raul (Laura) Sanchez, and Roland (Rachel) Sanchez; also leaves behind to cherish her memories are her numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Funeraria Del Angel Funeral Home Thursday, July 13, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 14, 2017 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2509 Nogales Street, Corpus Christi, Texas 78416. Interment will follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
