

He graduated from Carroll High School in 1994 where he played Varsity Basketball and Baseball for 3 years. He was All South Texas in Baseball all 3 years and 1st Team All State his Senior year. He was also MVP of the Whataburger Classic in 1994 and MVP of the District that year as well. Beau went on to play college baseball at University of Houston, Wharton Junior College and St. Mary’s University. He got his Associates Degree at Del Mar College.
Beau was described by many of his friends as being a gentle soul. Several of his friends said “everybody loved Beau”, and no one ever had anything bad to say about him. He was one of the toughest people ever, dealing with liver and kidney disease his last 3 years and never complaining.
He is survived by his parents, John and Beverly McNeill; sisters, Nicole Trevino (Toro) and Jackie Barron (Brian); daughters, Alexis, Samantha, and Megan; grandson, Jordan; nieces, Kayla and Kirsten; nephews, Jackson and Liam; and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
A funeral service for Beau will be held Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM at First United Methodist Church, 900 South Shoreline Blvd., Corpus Christi, Texas 78401. A reception will occur Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 12:00 PM, 900 South Shoreline Blvd., Corpus Christi, Texas 78401. An entombment will occur Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Memory Gardens Funeral Home & Cemetery, 8200 Old Brownsville Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415.
