David was a devoted husband, loving father. He was a dedicated worker at CCAD for over 30 years. David was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. serving in Vietnam. He was known as a Pit Master for his cookouts and smoked Bar-b-que briskets and especially for his willingness to always helps others in need. David had a ranch which he grew corn and squash one of his favorite pass times.
David is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Nelda Munoz; his 5 children Jeffrey (Ann) Munoz, Roland Munoz, David Munoz, Jr., Victoria Munoz (Ramsey), Pamela Munoz and 7 grandchildren.
Family will be receiving friends on December 30, 2013 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home from 5:00p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church on December 31, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery with military honors.
