

Donald Paul Woodrow passed away peacefully on April 25, 2014 at his home on Padre Island in Corpus Christi, Texas with his family at his side. He had spent the last 4 months fighting cancer and other related medical problems.
He was born in Biddeford, Maine on May 10, 1926 to the late William and Emma (Flood) Woodrow. Don married Mary (Leigh) Woodrow and together they had three children.
Don received his BA and MBA at Suffolk University in Boston, MA. He worked for Ketchum Inc. as a fund raising counsel for non-profit organizations, and then after moving to California, he was made VP of their West Coast office. He married Helen (Stith) Woodrow of California and later opened his own fund raising firm. In 2005 they both retired and moved to Corpus Christi, Texas.
His survivors are son, Mark Woodrow of Southern California; daughters, Linda Divito of Virginia and Julie Cryans of New Hampshire, plus step-sons, Richard C. Stith, Jr., Gregory Stith and Bradley Stith all of Southern California.; step-daughters, Deborah St. John, of Corpus Christi, Texas, Rebecca Ugarte and Cynthia Lynch both of Southern California. His siblings include Ralph Woodrow from Virginia, Alan Woodrow from Florida, Phil Woodrow from New York and sister, June Mullen from Southern California, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren are included also.
A memorial will be held at Island Presbyterian Church, 14030 Fortuna Bay, Corpus Christi, Texas 78418, on Saturday, May 10th at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the church or to Odyssey Hospice in Corpus Christi, Texas.
