

Eddie was a loving father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, friend and coach. He was a man full of courage, selflessness and love for his family and friends. He had a passion for cooking, especially barbequing. He loved sports, the beach, the Washington Redskins, Moody Baseball, his dogs (Gamma & King) and a cold beer.
Eddie will be greeted at the gates of heaven by his father, Benny; his grandparents; and his Aunt Queta.
He leaves behind his sons, Alexander Jordan and Derrick Marshall; life partner, Rosie Gonzalez; his mother, Yolanda; siblings, Belinda (Rudy), Cindy (Andy), Arnold (Pat), Debbie (Kevin), Grace (Steve); numerous nieces and nephews; and his extended family.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 24, 2016, at Memory Gardens with a rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 25, 2016, at Holy Family Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Javier Alday, Derek Barrientos, Joe Early, Matthew Martinez, Bobby Trevino, and Cameron Zapata. Honorary Pallbearers are Paul Cardiel, Arron Martinez, Zachary Zapata, and Ian and Kyle McIver.
Eddie’s last precious gift on earth was saving the lives of at least four people by giving the “Gift of Life”.
