Estella attended and graduated from Roy Miller High School, in 1953 she married Abundio A. Guerra in Laredo, Texas. Estella worked as a Budget Analyst for 35 years at the Naval Air Station.
Estella always enjoyed traveling, going to the casinos, playing games with family members, especially her grandchildren, doing crossword puzzles, cooking, especially her famous potato salad for cookouts, making fried chicken and enchiladas when out of town family members would visit.
She was known for special dishes and her love for BBQ, Estella loved watching her number 1 team, the Dallas Cowboys as well as the San Antonio Spurs, her sense of humor always kept the family laughing, mostly because of how spontaneous things happened. She would enjoy catching up with family on long talks but sometimes you could catch her snoring. She always had time for her family and loved getting updates on how everyone was doing. We can't forget her love for the soap opera "Young and Restless".
