He was born on November 25, 1962 to the late Dorothy Epps Brown and Willie B. Brown in Richmond, Viginia.
Eugene Timothy Brown is preceded in death by his parents and his only sister, Doris Mae Brown of Richmond, Virginia.
He is survived by 3 brothers Willie Thomas (Cynthia), Lawrence Lee (Rachel), and James Lewis Brown.
He also cherished Ms. Frankie
Green, LaMar Gibbs and countless nieces and nephews.
