Faizon Epps

He was born in Bronx, New York on July 31, 1972. Faizon graduated from Riverdale High School in Riverdale, Georgia.

Faizon had a career in the culinary industry that he enjoyed with a passion. He loved cooking and spending time with his family, spoiling his grandchildren, challenging his son in video games and making everyone around him laugh.

He was preceded in death by his son, Tariq Epps, daughter, April Epps, mother, Gloria Epps and brother, Robert Epps.

He is survived by his children, Kalika Grant, Katrina Epps, Faizon Epps JR; his grandchildren, Esai Cantu, JR and Ilah Cantu; sister, April Epps and brother, Roger Epps.

A visitation for Faizon will be held Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 8200 Old Brownsville Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. A celebration of life service will occur Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 2:00 PM, at Memory Gardens Funeral Home. A burial will follow at 3:15 PM at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
