Federico Soliz Jr.

He was born in Corpus Christi, on December 9, 1961 to Federico G. Sr. and Candelaria Soliz. Federico was a loving and devoted husband, son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He will be missed dearly by all.

Federico leaves his family to cherish his memories, his loving and devoted wife of 18 years, Irene Soliz; his parents, Federico G. Sr. and Candelaria Soliz; two sons, Gilbert (April) Lopez and Frederick Lopez; three daughters, Jennifer (Jose) Naranjo, Lisa (Gabriel Barrera) Lopez and Cristel (Henry) Villarreal; fourteen grandchildren; one brother, Gilbert (Annette) Soliz; four sisters, Sandra (Haysam) Dawod, Sylvia (Steve) Contreras, Selina (William) Reyna and Suzanna (Eric) Hernandez all of Corpus Christi; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 8, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, August 9, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
