He worked as a chef for Marco’s Catering and loved bar-b-que and spending time with his children. Francisco also enjoyed roller skating at the downtown Bayfront area. He will be dearly missed by those life’s he touched.
He is survived by his two daughters, Angel Abrego and Jennifer Diaz; and his two sons, Fransico Diaz, Jr. and Jesus Diaz; his grandchildren, Samantha Gray, Anthony Gray and Elaina Musquiez. He also leaves behind to cherish his memories his former wife, Ines Vallejo; his siblings, Marylou Zepeda, Henrietta Diaz (Albert), Henry Diaz, Jr. (Maria H.), Tony Diaz, Richard Diaz, Henry Diaz III and Sandra Diaz Morales.
A visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Funeraria del Angel-549 Cheyenne, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening. A Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 am on Friday, January 31, 2014 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church a burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
