Gabriel P. Gallegos, 44, passed away on May 23, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. Gabriel was born in Houston, Texas to Leo and Rachel Gallegos on October 23, 1975. He was a member of Easthaven Baptist Church in Houston.
He graduated, with distinction, from the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Technology and worked in the energy industry. He loved and excelled at his profession as a company trainer.
Gabriel was an avid sports fan and win or lose, cheered for the Houston Texans and the Astros. His favorite team though was the Florida State Seminoles. He loved photography, movies and traveling. He was a great singer and loved a variety of music. He was also an excellent writer and often wrote verses and poems for his family.
Gabriel was considered the patriarch of the family; he was the one that always kept his family together, including all of his cousins.
He is survived by his parents, Leo and Rachel Gallegos; his brother, Gino Gallegos; his two sons, Logan and Landon. He will be remembered fondly by his many cousins.
Visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Sunday, May 31, 2020 starting at 12:00 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, June 1, 2020 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home at 10:00 AM with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
