Isabel Perales lived in the same town when we were kids. And when I moved to Corpus we also lived on the same street. She had an excellent memory & would remember stories when we were little. She remembered who said what & exactly what was said. She had the sweetest voice. My daughter knew when it was Chabela by that beautiful "Hello!"

Growing up and in my high school years..Mrs. Pearlez made a huge impact in my life..not only did I have a great friend in Norma..but I also gained a second family..Rest in Paradise Mrs. Pearlez..much love..Debbie Mirelez.

So sorry for your loss Becky.  May the wonderful memories of your mom help you and your family get through this difficult time. 🙏🏼

Tia Isabel was always a joy to visit or talk to on the phone.   On visits, she would happily and proudly tell me about her children and grandchildren and show me pictures of them and gifts and flowers they sent her.   She ended all phone calls with " I love you."   I missed her during the pandemic lockdown, and looked forward to visiting her again, praying  for her, especially when I drove nearby on SPID.    Tia Isabel and all her loved ones will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.   May she rest in peace.    May our gracious Lord bless the family with love, strength, consolation, and peace.    I will miss her.
