Jesus G. Martinez, 99, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2018 in Orange Grove, Texas.

He was born on July 5, 1918 in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Jesus is preceded in death by his wife, Maria Luisa Martinez.

He is survived by his children, Jesus B. Martinez (Angie), Beatrice Alvarado (Alex), Carlos P. Martinez (Lala), San Juan Allen (Rey), Antonio Luis Martinez and Ceasar J. Martinez; 18 grandchildren, J.B. , Veronica, Guadalupe, Leo, Christina, Diane, Rosanne, Carlos Jr., PJ, Edwardo, April, Marie, Victoria, Matthew, Antonio Luis Jr., Analisa, Ysabella and Andres Miguel, 34 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Funeraria Del Angel Memorial Holly at 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Christ the King Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Carlos Jr., P.J., Edwardo, Nicholas, Andres and Guadalupe.
