He is preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Consuelo Perales; his brothers, Emilio Perales, Royel Perales and Benito Perales.
He is survived by his children, Juan O. Perales (Irene), Jeanette Salazar (Daniel), Melissa Gonzalez (Johnny), Julian L. Perales (Cynthia) and Letty A. Salazar. He also leaves behind to cherish his memories his seventeen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren and his siblings, Samuel Perales, Jr., Rosie Garcia, Doris Flores and Ricky Perales.
Family will be receiving friends at Funeraria del Angel-Cheyenne from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 with a Holy Rosary at 6:30 pm that same evening. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Thursday, June 25, 2015 with a burial to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
