Juan Gregorio Perez

Juan Gregorio Perez, 66, was called to his heavenly home on May 28, 2025, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Born on November 1, 1958, in Three Rivers, Texas, Juan lived a life marked by dedication to his work and deep connections with his family.

For over 35 years, Juan built a respected career in the construction industry. He devoted much of that time to Bracco Construction and Bay, Ltd.

Juan's life was grounded in the Lord and in his family. He was a member of Kings Crossing Church of Christ. He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Connie C. Perez, and his daughter, Miranda J. Garcia and husband Eric of Austin. He also leaves behind his mother, Gloria Rodriguez Perez of Three Rivers; his brother, Adolfo Perez; and his sisters, Maria Elena Brown, Norma Perez, and Sylvia Lara, all of Three Rivers.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gregorio Perez, and brothers, Richard Perez, Bobby Perez, and Fernando Perez.

Pallbearers will be Noah Trevino, Adolfo Perez, Joey Rivas, Michael Gutierrez, Mario Cuevas and Ty Brown.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, from 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM at Memory Gardens Funeral Home & Cemetery, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78415. A Funeral will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2028, at 10:00 AM at Memory Gardens Funeral Home & Cemetery, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78415. A committal and interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
