Nancy Lou Foley, born in Dallas, Texas, passed away in Corpus Christi, Texas, on June 20, 2025 at the age of 84. A woman of strength and unwavering will, she lived life on her own terms and held fast to her convictions with fierce determination.
She was a passionate artist and a dedicated craftswoman, finding joy in ceramics, painting, cross-stitching, and creating beauty with her hands. She also found camaraderie and fun on the bowling lanes, a pastime she loved and pursued with enthusiasm. Her creativity was a thread that ran through every aspect of her life, leaving behind a legacy of handcrafted treasures and vivid memories.
Though her relationships were not without challenges, those who truly knew her recognized her depth —unique, complex, and fierce soul. She had a way of loving that was her own, and her presence left an indelible mark on those closest to her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Weldon B Frazier, Agnes Frazier and one brother Jack Robert. She is survived by her husband, Don Ray Foley, her three Children Ray M Foley (Wendy) of Sache,TX , Deborah Grose (Charles) of Detroit Lakes, MN , Frank M Foley ( Amy) of Grand Prairie, TX as well as her eight grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren.
