He was a graduate of Foy H. Moody H.S. in Corpus Christi, Texas. Pete was employed with the United States Air Force E4/SGT Color Guard at LBJ funeral (president) and worked various positions at the Corpus Christi Army Depot and went on to retired at NAS Corpus Christi in February of 2018.
Pete will be remembered for his love of painting with water colors like "Bob Ross." His favorite quote, "Give it a little friend." He also enjoyed playing with his grandchildren because they kept him young. He built model cars, and painted them. He also loved singing and dancing with his wonderful wife.
Pete is preceded in death by his parents, Porfirio R. Peralez and Celia Falcon; sister, Consuelo Perez; brothers, Jose Peralez, and Robert Peralez.
He leaves his loving memories to his beloved wife, Cecilia Peralez; children, Peter Anthony Peralez, April Cecilia Peralez, Amanda Norberta Peralez; nine (9) wonderful grandchildren:); brothers, Ismael Peralez, Ruben Peralez; sisters, Anita Morales, Sylvia Presas; and all of his FAVORITE nephews and nieces!
The family would like to extend a very Special Thank You to the physicians at Pulmonary Associates of Corpus Christ, Dr. Thomas Alexander at the Corpus Christi Heart Clinic, Dr. James Walker, Otolaryngologist, Dr. Anoop Nambiar UTHSC, San Antonio, Texas, Dr. Amber Kaldas, Nephrologist, and the AMAZING ICU staff at Doctor's Regional: Mary, Johnny, Cecil, Andrea, Heather, and Veronica.

Flowers can be sent to the family of Pete Peralez, 5421 Armstrong , Corpus Christi, Texas or be sent to the Memory Gardens Funeral on Thursday, December 20 and Friday, December 21.
Visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Christ the King Catholic Church on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. All in attendance are to meet at the Church by 9:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery with Full Military Honors.
