Richie worked for the YWCA and found a passion for mentoring the youth. Later, he went on to work for Accounts Payable Department under Dr. Marty Perez.
Richie was a proud parishioner of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Though he had a very quiet and reserved personality and preferred to spend time alone, Richie was creative and sensitive and was an extremely generous individual. He followed in his parents’ footsteps in that he loved God and lived his life with the principles of love, kindness, and compassion.
The family will fondly reminisce on the famous family “October Ranch” Birthday Celebrations. The family had so many birthdays in October, that they would all gather and celebrate them with one gigantic cake with all the names on the cake. The family would get together on their ranch in Ricardo, Texas, to celebrate with many activities for all to enjoy.
Richie will be remembered for his passion for the finer things in life, involving clothes, food, and electronics. He was known to be very skilled when it came to electronics and would fix computers, phones, Alexa speakers, tablets, and anything else he could get his hands on.
Richie lived his life one day at a time and lived each day to the fullest. Only the Good Lord knows why Richie is gone today, but we must trust in God’s plan. Richie’s family misses him deeply now that he is gone physically, but they rejoice in the fact that Richie is happy and reunited with his parents in Heaven.
