She was born in Corpus Christi on March 20, 1955.
Rosie graduated from Foy H. Moody High School in 1973.
She worked for H.E. Butt Grocery Company, retiring after 39 years and at Beall’s for 12 years.
Rosie was a member of Most Precious Blood Church, and had a passion for her grandchildren and her garden.
She was preceded in death by Maria Oliva, mother and Roberto De Loy, father; Damacio Oliva, stepfather.
Rosie is survived by her children, Ramiro (Amy) Ramos, Jr. and Rosalinda Ramos. Grandchildren, Olivia Renea Ramos, Rachel Elena Ramos, Christopher Peter Aguilar, Jr., and Sophia Raelyn Ramos. Brothers and Sisters, Carmelita (Reynaldo) Rodriguez, Sr., Danny De Loy, David (D”Aldo) De Loy and Anna (Fredrick) Anderson.
Family will receive friends on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 13, 2020 at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
