After graduating from High School, he went on to join US Marine Corps and serve our country. in March of 1964 he married the love of his life, Miss Gloria Hernandez.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Ms. Gloria Torres, their children; Annette (Harley) Mitchell, Christopher Torres and Brandy Parks, brother; Arnulfo (Norma) Torres, Sisters: Adela Moreno and Lorenza (Raymond) Padilla, grandchildren: Savannah Alaniz, Jose Ian Alaniz, Cameron Ralston, Lila Parks, and Logan Parks, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Santos is preceded in death by his parents; Santos and Lorenza, daughter; Cynthis Alvarado, sisters: Josefina Guajardo and Estella Guerra.
Public visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday, July 14, 2025 at Funeraria Del Angel 4901 Everhart Road Corpus Christi, Texas with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m that evening. Rites of a Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
