

She later married the love of her life Kenneth Ritchie in 1946. She was a devoted military wife of a Navy career man and later supported her husband in their combined efforts into a successful painting company.
She was a devoted wife, friend and mother to one daughter and later two wonderful grandchildren. She spent her time working on her garden and flowers, when not attending to the needs of her family and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth H. Ritchie and daughter Patricia L. Adam.
She is survived by her only sister, Roselind Hastings of California, two grandchildren, Brent Adam (Michelle) of Corpus Christi, Texas, Andrea Rogoza (Richard) of Stony Plain, Alberta Canada; great-grandchildren, Hunter Donegan-Adam, Logan Donegan-Adam and Cheyenne Rogoza. Vivian also leaves behind numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and other family members.
Visitation Services will be held on October 27, 2014 from 10:00am to 1:30 pm at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with graveside services at 2:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, we ask, that a donation be made in her honor to the Alzheimer’s Association.
