Eulises Valentin, 67, of Coshocton, Ohio, passed away at Akron General Hospital, Akron, Ohio, on Saturday, May 21, 2011, from injuries received in a motorcycle accident. He was born in Palmas Oriente, Cuba, on August 24, 1943, the son of the late Esmeraldo Valentin of Puerto Rico, and Lucila (Aranda) Valentin of Coshocton, Ohio. Eulises was the owner/operator of Coshocton Drivers Training School. On February 6, 1965, he married Mary (Hinson) Valentin, who survives. Also surviving are his children, Raymond (Chandra) Valentin of Coshocton, Ohio, and Rhonda (Frank) LoSchiavo of Dresden, Ohio, one grandchild, Sharon Chaney, one brother, Primo (Lucy) Valentin of Zanesville, Ohio, and his faithful companion, his dog, Charlie. A gathering of friends and neighbors will be held at Given-Dawson Funeral Home, 186 Park Ave., Coshocton, Ohio, on Tuesday, May 31, 2011, from 5-7pm.
