Nancy Ann Turner

Nancy was born in Coshocton on November 12, 1928 to the late Russell and Mary (Morgan) Fretague. She was a graduate of the Coshocton High School class of 1946. She went on to work as a secretary for a few years before she married Charles W. Turner on June 5, 1951, and started her family. Nancy was a member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church. She enjoyed sewing and being a homemaker and spending time with her family.

Nancy is survived by her sons, Eric (April) Turner, Brent (Jenny) Turner, and Timothy Turner; three siblings: Martha Simpkins, Mary Lou (Richard) Mortine, and Floyd Fretague; two grandchildren, Beatrice and Andrew Turner, and many nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by her husband Charles W. Turner, and her son, Charles W. Turner II.

Calling hours will be held at Given-Dawson Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Brian Kittner officiating. Burial will follow at South Lawn Cemetery.
