

Bob was born in Gnadenhutten on December 3, 1944 to the late Ralph Clifford and Ada Merle (Johnson) Weingarth. He was a proud graduate of Gnadenhutten High School. He worked for Stone Container before he retired in 2011. Bob married Susan Henry on July 3, 1965 and they recently celebrated their 50th anniversary. He owned his own construction company called Weingarth LLC. Bob was a member of the Freemason’s Lone Star Lodge 175. He loved target shooting and was very proud of his Indian heritage.
Along with his wife, Bob is survived by one son Brian (Karla Bevins) Weingarth, two daughters, Annette (Richard) Wilden and Kristy (Tony) Huebner, seven grandchildren, Ashley (Brian) Gardner, Colt and Shianne Wilden, Logan and Kayla Huebner, and Brandon and Devin Weingarth, three great-grandchildren, Heaven, Brooklynn, and Aspen Gardner, and his close friends, Ray Burgan, Bobby Miller, Phil Smith, Joel Styer, and Tim and Nancy Dickerson.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his three siblings, Mary Lou, Delores, and Elmer Weingarth, and his mother and father-in-law, Eileen and Ray Henry.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a Masonic Lodge service beginning at 4:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Tim Dickerson officiating. Burial will follow at South Lawn cemetery.
