Noel's journey began on October 19, 1970, bringing joy and love to his family and friends. He was the
beloved son of Donna Eggleston, a woman of strength and grace, who guided him with love and
instilled in him the values he carried throughout his life. Noel‘s mother and maternal grandparents
held a very special place in his heart.
Tragically, Noel also experienced the profound loss of his dear brother, Ryan Greaux in 2021. Ryan’s
support and the two brothers’ shared experiences shaped Noel into the remarkable person he became.
The memories they created together will forever be cherished.

for Noel; it became a metaphor for his resilience and determination. After graduating in 1989, Noel
furthered his education at Orange Coast Community College, where he earned his Associate's Degree.
During this time, he explored diverse interests including music, Vespa and Lambretta scooters,
architecture, politics, history, and the art of gastronomy and wine.
Noel's professional journey took him into the vibrant world of the service industry. As a waiter and
bartender, he excelled in his craft, providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable
experiences for patrons at various restaurants, sports events, and social gatherings. His warm smile,
infectious enthusiasm, and genuine care made him a favorite among colleagues and customers alike.
Noel’s conversational skills formed the core of his love of hospitality.
Noel's true joy was the company of friends. He reveled in bringing people together, hosting gatherings
filled with music, delectable food, and laughter. Noel's gatherings were legendary, creating a space
where cherished memories were made and friendships blossomed. His ability to create a warm and
inviting atmosphere was a testament to his generous spirit and kind heart.
Above all, Noel was known for his unwavering loyalty, honesty, and dedication to those he held dear.
He was the person you could always count on, the shoulder to lean on, and the listening ear in times of
joy and sorrow. Noel's selflessness was unmatched, and he embodied the true essence of friendship.
