She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and friend, and will be remembered for her warmth, her individuality, and the many ways she brought colour and character into the lives of those around her. She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, John; her daughter, Krystal; her sister and brother, Cindy (Bob) and Aaron; and her sisters- and brothers-in-law, Valerie, Kathy, Shelley (Bill), and Wayne (Melinda), along with many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
For many years, Cheryl was a cherished member of the staff at Peter’s Sport Shop, where she was well known and loved by colleagues and customers alike. An avid enthusiast of firearms and fishing, she found joy and connection in the outdoors and in the community that surrounded it.
Beyond this, she had a deep love for sparkly things and time spent in her garden and was especially known for her exceptional costume-making skills—creating pieces that reflected her creativity, attention to detail, and playful spirit.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered, her memory planted gently in the hearts of those who loved her.
