Derek really enjoyed working on cars, small motors, and he was always fixing and tinkering with things.
Derek suffered from a broken neck at 15 years old and spent his life in and out of hospitals.
After this hurdle, Derek learned to partially walk again, so he bought a camper and camped all over the Island before he suffered a stroke and never really recovered from it.
Derek will be very missed and always loved by mom Marianne Mitton, sister Melodie Ann Goodison, nephew Kyle Goodison, auntie Judy Melado, step brother Kerry, step sister Kerri and many cousins.
