Henry Brian Neufeld (Brian), 76, of Courtenay, British Columbia, passed away on March 3, 2024 after a short but valiant battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born on March 22, 1947, in Nipawin, Saskatchewan. Henry, known to many as Brian, was a Millwright in the pulp and paper industry, dedicating much of his career to the Kitimat and Campbell River mills.
Brian’s friends and family will forever remember his sense of humour, his storytelling, his love of music and always having an automotive project on the go.
Brian is survived by his wife, Cristine; daughters Janine (Duane) and Lauri; son Ryan(Carrie); grandson Jordan; granddaughters Caitlin and Ashley; and sister Carol(John). He was preceded in death by his mother, Muriel, and father, Arthur.
A small private service was held to honour Brian's life. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory can be made to the Comox Valley Hospice Society or the BC Cancer Society.
