She was born in Almont, Ontario on November 11th, 1943.
Joan was a loving and supportive wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Her hobbies were varied, but serving was her gift. We will all miss her dearly and will remember her with the fondest of memories.
We love you Joan.
Predeceased by father Gordon Monro, mother Charlotte Monro, brothers Bernard, Carl and Albert, sisters Sandra, Jean and Nancy, and son Kerry Dale Patrick.
Survived by her husband Robert Fraser, sons Scott Patrick (Brenda) and Calvin Fraser, grandchildren Christopher, Andrew, Jordan and Angela, great grandson Austin and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Private Celebration of Life will be held.
