Marie was born in Camp 3 - Headquarters on December 14, 1928 to Mary & Martin Davison. At the age of 12 her family moved to Merville, she had two sisters, Leona & Irene one brother, Frank. In July 1947 she married Ernest Hodgins. She then moved to the end of the Hodgins Rd and lived the last 77 years there.
Predeceased by husband Ernest, son Barry, sisters Leona and Irene, brother Frank, and mom and dad Mary & Martin.
Survived by daughter Faye, son-in-law Aian, son Danny, granddaughter Annette (Brad), grandsons Joe (Leesa) and Lee (Shannon), great grandsons Lou, Alexander, and Sam.
A private ceremony at the Courtenay Civic Cemetery will be held.
