Robert was born April 3, 1930 in Creston, BC to Lila and Leverne Plumb. He moved to Duncan, BC in the 1950's and started his own construction company getting married to June and they had 2 children Marc and Elin Plumb. He later married Winifred Blanche Williams and Loreen was born. After Winifred passed away Robert was lucky enough to find love again and cohabitated with Dorothy Ball becoming a stepdad to her children.
Robert is predeceased by his partner Dorothy, 3 children Marc, Elin and step-son Terry, and second wife Winifred.
Robert is lovingly remembered by his daughter Loreen and husband Bob Johnston, stepchildren Lynne (Jimmy), Dianne (Mike), Leslie, Lawrence and Darrell. Grandchildren Zachariah, Sandy, Tony, Janelle (Dimitri), Raymond (Nicole), Kristin and Rebecca. Great grandchildren Mason, Lily, Xenia, Neveah, Salem, Elleni, Eli, Kiera, Kalena and Carson.
A private celebration of life will be held by close family for Robert on Saturday, August 14, 2021.
