Serge Rivard, 61 of Courtenay, passed away on November 14, 2012.
Serge was born in Estcourt, Quebec on September 26, 1951.
Serge started his career in the military as a CEP tech and continued working as a civilian at CFB Comox for a total of 42 years. When Serge wasn’t working he was always looking forward to a good game of golf.
Serge is survived by the love of his life, Josee Giguere, his children Stephanie, Steven, Stacey, Ken and Kym and nine grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents, Janine and Roger and his step-daughter, Stephanie.
There will be a funeral service held at 1:00pm Wednesday, November 21 at Our Lady of the sacred Heart Church at CFB Comox.
