Born in Rouyn Quebec on April 5, 1929, passed away on Thursday March 27th, 2025. Millie left to join her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ and Millie’s late husband Neil Campbell MacDonald. Mother of Marilyn Shingleton and Robin Moore. Cherished Grandmother to (Marilyn) Charity, Aaron (Dulce), Taylor and Jamie (Amanda). (Robin) Constance (Francis), Matthew (Amber), Keila (Michael), James (Tiffany), Jonathon, Liisa (Sebastian) and Chelsea (Jarrod). Great Grandmother to (Marilyn) Wren, Grace, Genesis, Galy, Emma and Callie. (Robin) Logan, Olivia, Autumn, Bronson, Revery and Ivy.
Professional achievements; Hair dresser, ECE teacher and supervisor. Loved being a Sunday school teacher at Knox Presbyterian Church and Hillsdale Wesleyan Methodist Church. A senior member of the Oshawa Festival Singers, founded by Elsie Drygala in 1972. Enjoyed camping, traveling and doing jigsaw puzzles. Private Burial at Mount Lawn Cemetery.
