My deepest and sincerest condolences to Bonnie, Candy and Sydney and family. Fran was so precious and special to me. We lived next door to each other for 12 years and remained friends well beyond. We shared many, many life experiences together, enjoyed gardening over the fence, shared food, tea and so many laughs and a few tears. Fran had a spark that was her own. She was smart, funny, kind and wise. She was so loved and she will be missed by all who knew her. My life is richer for having had her be a part of it. Rest sweetly Fran.
