A truly wonderful, peaceful, Loving, hardworking, Gentleman passed away at the age of 86 years of age on Monday, September 4th, 2017, marking 62 years of marriage to his beloved wife, best friend and soul mate Jacoba. Loving father of Anna (Kevin), Kathy (Greg), Carol, Jenny (Dan), Jacques (Tammy), John (Michelle), Gerry, Judy (Tony), Beans (Chrissy), Brian (Tammy), Beth (Tom). Visitation will take place at COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL 1587 Highway 2, Courtice (905-432-8484) on Sunday, September 10th, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Prayers will be held at 8:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Gertrude’s Catholic Church (690 King St E., Oshawa) on Monday, September 11th, at 11:00 am.
