One of the things about Tante Koos I remembered was her talent!! The basement on Aberdeen St. there where paintings and cartoons drawingd down there (where us kids where always told to go down there to play) With our family home being so close to their house, is was not unusual for us kids to be there or for them to be at our house. A true BURG trait is the way they always where very excitable... AND boy the Burgs where a boisterous bunch. She was always known as the 'older' sister and had a lot of responsibilities in helping out. Here greatest accomplishment was her family........husband, brothers , sisters, sons, daughter, children, grand children and her great grandchildren. Her legacy will still live on with this bunch!!! But now she has been called home
