Bill Banks passed away on September 14,2013. He was born in the state of Missouri. He moved to California, and lived in Covina, California for 50 years.
He is survived by his daughters; Debbie Havel, Dodie Burton, grandson's; Derek Havel, Clay Havel, Reef Havel, Crew Burton and granddaughter; Billie Burton.
