Charles Rosales Sr., age 88, passed away on March 8, 2014 in West Covina, California. He was born on July 16, 1925 in El Paso, Texas. His primary occupation was Book Binder and Graphic Arts. Charles was a Corporal in the USMC during Wll, and member of the Baldwin Park VFW and an usher at St. Louis of France Catholic Church. Charles is survived by his loving family.
