Cathleen is survived by one niece Charlotte Stanberry, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Cathleen was preceded in death by her parents, Earle Collins and Mary Alice Collins Cannon; three brothers, Frank Cannon, Joe Cannon, and Kenneth Collins; and one sister, Patricia Gilbough.
Cathleen became a resident at the Milne Asylum for Destitute Orphan Girls in 1959, later to become Alexander Milne Developmental Services. She called Milne home for 65 years, and while there, she formed a lifelong bond with her Milne family and made lasting contributions to the community.
Cathleen spent most of her time helping others. She also enjoyed spending time cross stitching, working jigsaw puzzles and socializing with others. She enjoyed spending time with both family and friends.
