John is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Cindy Hilbert, his son Andrew Hilbert (Kim), and granddaughter Caroline Hilbert. He is also survived by his mother-in-law Beverly J. Smith, sister-in-law Patricia Smith, and brother-in-law Joseph Smith.
Jack was a retired police officer, serving with City of Kenner Police Department and City of Harahan Police Department. He enjoyed Mardi gras, going on cruises, and spending time with his family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at Grace Funeral Home, 450 Holy Trinity Drive, Covington, LA 70433 on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 12:00 PM with visitation on Thursday beginning at 10:00 AM.
