Noah "Ray" Pritchard

Noah “Ray” Pritchard passed away on March 31, 2024 at the age of 73. Noah is preceded in death by his parents, Noah Pritchard and Louise Cousin Pritchard. He is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years Holly Jones Pritchard, his brother Garland “Charlie” (Teena), and the late Nolan Gerard, Kenneth George (Angie), and Paul Michael (Cynthia). He is also survived by his children, Rene Bennett Glynn (Marty), Kristie Leigh McConnell, and Noelle Pritchard Douglass (Stephen), and the late Jennifer Lynn McConnell. He is most proud and loving of his grandchildren, Ruby English Glynn, Gavin James Glynn, Edie Louise Douglass, Megan Holly McConnell and Miles Noah Douglass. He is also survived by Aunt Inez Descant, many in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. He proudly served his country in the United States Naval Reserve. He was a long-time member and on the Board of Directors of the Irish Channel St. Patrick’s Day Committee which brought him much joy and continued friendships. He was very lucky as his job allowed him to travel the world which was one of the great experiences of his life. We would like to give a special thanks to every doctor, nurse, and medical personnel that has crossed his path, with a very special thanks to Dr. Fayne St. John and Integrity Physical Therapy. He wanted us to tell you to be good and he will save you a place in heaven. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A private graveside ceremony will be held at Greenwood Cemetery. There will be a celebration of life for family and friends on Friday, June 7, 2024 from 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. at John Calvin Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall, 4201 Transcontinental Dr., Metairie, LA 70006.
