Edward Clark "Eddie" Dietrich, age 88, of Craig, Colorado passed away at his home on Friday, April 18, 2025 surrounded by family. Born in Granby, Eddie was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. A lifelong cook and storyteller, he owned The Shack restaurant in Steamboat Springs and later worked at the Hayden Power Plant. Eddie's faith guided his life after being saved in the late 1970s. He is survived by his wife Norma, his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Eddie was deeply loved and leaves a legacy of faith, kindness, and hard work.
A funeral service honoring Eddie's life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, April 27, 2025, at Victory in Grace Baptist Church, 139 E. Victory Way in Craig. Burial will follow at Hayden Cemetery.
