

Born September 2, 1948 in Corning, New York to Gordon and Dorothy C. (Jungquist) Stever, she married Donald William Reber on September 22, 1967 in East Peoria. He preceded her in death on February 13, 2018.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and stepmother Ferne Stever; three brothers, Larry, Randy, Billy Stever and one sister, Barbara.
Surviving are three sons, Keith (Shawn) Reber of Washington, Brent (Michelle) Reber of Hopedale and Damian (Amy) Reber of Washington; nine grandchildren, Kassie (Kody) Hartnett, Marissa (Austin) Brown, Mark, Nicholas, Noah and Brenden Reber, Drew (Mackenzie) Reber, J.D. Reber, and Timmy Wood; three great-grandsons, Braden, Colton Hartnett, Jaxson Reber and two sisters, Judy Button and Linda Bean.
She had worked at East Peoria Community Bank for over 10 years, retiring in 1996.
Nancy’s hobbies included crocheting blankets for weddings and births for family and friends. She loved to spend time with her family.
She was a current member of Bayview Baptist Church in Washington.
Her memorial service and visitation will be held at a later date.
Inurnment will be at 10 a.m. Friday, December 18, 2020 at Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Creve Coeur.
