He was born August 27, 1982 in Charleston, the son of Wayne and Kathy Mallory Young.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Alfred Wayne “Waynie” Young, paternal grandparents, Alfred and Wanda Young, and maternal grandparents, Custer and June Mallory.
Daniel was a graduate of St Albans High School. He was formerly employed with Toyota. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved traveling.
In addition to his parents he is survived by uncles Eddie Young (Juanita), of St Albans, Paul Young (Poby), of Charleston, Timothy Mallory, of Pinch, aunt Debbie Rhodes (Rick), several cousins and his faithful k-9 companion Kingston.
Celebration of Daniel’s life will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 24, 2024 at Tyler Mt. Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Tyler Mt. Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
Gathering of family and friends will be Thursday from 5 to 7 at the funeral home.
