He was born July 31, 1939, in Mt. Lookout, the son of Roberts and Mary Underwood McClung. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Ruschell McClung.
Howard was a retired construction contractor, and a US Army veteran. He had a great love for his family, loved fishing and camping. He was loved more than he will ever know.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Sandra Kay McClung; daughters, Sonja McClung, of Nitro and Jane Rens of Las Vegas, Nev.; grandson, Shawn Keathley; and great-grandchildren, Jaden, Kaylee, and J’Shawn Keathley.
And with honoring his wishes, he will be cremated and there will be no service.
