Jessica is survived by her mother, Marcella Fox; her two children, Harlan Ray III and Satoria Fox; brother Carey Richardson; sister in law Julie Mckinney; niece and nephew in law Abigail and Frank Adkins; nephew Jacob Mckinney; great niece and nephews Lealee Adkins and Aspen Mckinney and special friend Harlan Ray Jr. She was preceded in death by her brother, whom she loved deeply, Eric Mckinney. Jessica was born on December 12, 1978 in Charleston, WV and attended Capital high school.
Jessica was a friend to many and knew no stranger around her. She enjoyed helping others and was often a friendly face to the people around her which was reflected in the line of work she had done over the years in the healthcare and mental health services fields. Her biggest loves in her life were her friends and family. She will be deeply missed by anyone who had the pleasure of being around her.
A visitation for Jessica will be held Monday, March 14, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Casdorph & Curry Funeral Home, Saint Albans, West Virginia. A funeral service will occur Monday, March 14, 2022 at 1:00 PM, Saint Albans, West Virginia.
