Tom L. Watson, Sr., 77, of St. Albans, went to be with the Lord, Sept. 14, 2016 with his family by his side. He was born February 8, 1939 in Fayette Co., the son of Frank and Nellie Grabosky Watson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, George and Jerry Watson. Tom was a retired millwright with Local Union 1755. He was also retired from the Kanawha County Board of Education and was a member of the St. Albans Moose. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Tom is survived by Shirley Watson; daughters, Tina L. Baldwin of St. Albans and Tammy Watson Doty of Spokane Valley, WA; sons, Tommy L. Jr., Timothy L., Jay L. and Theodore L., all of St. Albans; brother, John E. Watson of Rockledge, FL; 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Celebration of Tom's life will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Casdorph & Curry Funeral Home, 110 B Street, St. Albans with Pastor Jeff Nichols officiating. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans. There will be a gathering of family and friends from 6-8 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
