He is survived by his daughter, Valerie Finley, his sons, Michael and Mark Finley and a granddaughter Kristen Benya. He was predeceased by his wife Jessie Rio Finley.
There will be a gathering of family and friends on Saturday, October 6th at the EDWARD F. CARTER FUNERAL HOME, 41 Grand St., Croton-on-Hudson, NY from 11 am to 2 pm with a Memorial Service following at 2 pm.
