

He was born December 30, 1941 in Chicago to Robert and Katherine (Whalen) Chrisman. Chuck served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. On September 14, 1968 he married Faith Williams in McHenry. Chuck retired from Precision Twist Drill after 40 years of service.
Chuck loved going to car shows to admire the classic cars. He also enjoyed gardening, playing Yahtzee, and gambling, on occasion. A more recent hobby he developed was painting. More than anything he was a loving, hardworking, and dedicated husband, father, and grandfather.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Faith; his children, Teresa (Jerry Hemm) Leibach, Greg (Ellen) Chrisman, Jennifer (Tom) Zwicky, Vicki (Chris) Larson, and Melissa (Brad) Torgerson; his grandchildren, Nicholas (Kacee), Justin (Raquel), James (Aline), Brandon, Veronica, Justine, Reagan, Tias, Ayla, Kaylie, Jameson, and Genevieve; his great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Adelyn, Alana, Madi, and Jillian; and his brother, Jim (Carol) Chrisman.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8pm on Friday, February 2 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Visitation will continue on Saturday, February 3 at the funeral home from 9 to the 10:30am prayers. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11am at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 451 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Donations may be made to Family Alliance, 2028 N. Seminary Ave.,
in Woodstock, Il. 60098.
Interment will be on Monday in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
