Eleanor L. Keith

She was born September 14, 1920 in Algonquin to Elmer and Mae (Jandeska) Stanek. On September 26, 1940 she married Kenneth Keith in Clinton, Iowa.

She was a lifelong resident of Crystal Lake. She enjoyed gardening and traveling. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Crystal Lake. She was a loving mother and grandmother and thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with her grandson.

She is survived by her sons, William Keith and Robert (Elizabeth) Keith; her grandson, Kenneth John Keith; her sister-in-law, Nelta Stanek; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth; her parents; her infant grandson, John Robert Keith; her brothers, LeRoy (Louise) Stanek and Warren Stanek.

The visitation will be from 11am to 1pm on Friday, February 22, at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. The service will be at 1pm.

Interment will be in McHenry County Memorial Park, Woodstock.
